Custom Pallets

We produce new and hybrid pallets for a variety of industries.  We also offer custom crating, milling, and design services for our customers. 

Reconditioning
We provide reconditioning for customer owned pallets.  We pick up our customers pallets, make the needed repairs, and inventory them at our location until the customer is ready to receive the reconditioned pallets.  This allows the customer to utilize cost savings and contribute to recycling and reuse.    

Recycling
We can pick up unwanted or unusable pallets for remanufacturing into useable pallets or recycling into wood chip material.   By utilizing existing lumber resources and remanufacturing them into usable pallets, we contribute to the sustainability of our forest lands and over use of landfills.

Inventory Stocking
We maintain an inventory of industry standard pallets and remanufactured pallets for quick delivery needs, as well as providing dependable service by maintaining stock levels for our continuing customers for just in time deliveries.

Export
We manufacture export pallets for a variety of industries and are ISPM15 certified to meet export specifications.

Branding and Painting
We can brand or paint pallets for customer identification and specifications, utilizing customer specific colors or brands. 

Customer Pallet Refurbishing
We offer this cost saving measure to our customers, by picking up their damaged pallets, making the necessary repairs at our facility and returning on an as needed basis at a reduced price.  This allows the customer to continue to use quality pallets without the need to purchase new as often. 

Consultation/Design
We can provide consultation and design services at your location to facilitate customer’s desires and needs.  

Delivery
We deliver throughout the California Central Valley and can provide quick delivery times.

Used Pallets
We provide quality used 48 x 40 GMA pallets.   This provides the customer with considerable cost savings and contributes to recycling by utilizing pallets in good condition for reuse.

Hybrid Pallets
Combining new and recycled materials to meet customer needs at a reduced price. 

Crates & Bins
PSI can customize crates and bins for a variety of industries, including the agricultural market by providing customer specific items for their products, such as fresh and dried fruits and nuts.  

Heat Treated Pallets
Each pallet, bin or crate that is manufactured with heat treated lumber meets or exceeds the wood packing regulations as required by ISPM15 and is stamped with a certified heat treated stamp or brand to meet export requirements.

Pallet Repair & Reconditioning
We repair customer pallets and recondition them to meet customer specifications.  We also purchase used pallets from the public and repair them for resale to a variety of industries.   Quality reconditioned pallets provide the same function as new pallets, but cost the customer less.

Pallet Recycling
Pallets are either recycled into reusable pallets or they are ground up into wood chips and reused in various applications. Nails are also separated from the pallets and recycled.  All components of unusable pallets are recycled, preventing additions to landfills or burning of wood products.  

Wood Components
We also provide lumber cutting or remanufacturing for a number of companies and industries that need a constant supply of wood components, such as repair boards and blocks.
